Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the effect scenario-based High-Fidelity Simulation (HFS) training on level team cooperation, problem solving skills and autonomy senior nursing medical students. Material Methods: This research was carried out in pre-posttest single-group experimental design model, at Center. sample consisted a total 210 students studying last year faculty health sciences, department (105) medicine (105). Within scope research, 35 groups were formed 6 Each week, group 7 stages over 2 consecutive days. with multidisciplinary team. Results: In study, it found that before simulation training, students' attitude towards physician-nurse cooperation more positive their problem-solving higher, but after attitudes increased, lower It thereafter increased.
